The Peacock Gallery is part of the Community Arts centre based at Maiden Erlegh School and has hosted many exhibitions since it opened in May 2004  including several exhibitions from the Hayward Touring group. The Peacock Gallery is a nonprofit organization providing a space to encourage and stimulate interest in art in the local and wider community and to support and promote the work of emerging and established artists. The Gallery is named in honour of John Peacock, a master pottery artist and former Head of Art at Maiden Erlegh. The space if provided for free and in return for exhibiting we ask the artist provides a short talk, presentation or demonstration for a small group of art students at the school.
